1. How do I know if Northridge Village can meet my needs?
We have a licensed nurse on staff who performs an assessment of potential residents to determine if we are the right fit. These assessments help us see that our residents receive appropriate care and are among the factors we consider in determining and monitoring staff levels.

2. Is Northridge Village pet-friendly?
Yes — we are pet-friendly! Your pet must be 50 pounds or lighter and approved by the executive director.
3. What if I have a medical emergency?
All Northridge Village apartments are either equipped with an emergency alert system or have pendant systems available. Our team is trained and equipped with the right information to handle any kind of medical emergency.
4. What utilities are included in my monthly rent?
Except for your phone, all utilities are included in your monthly rent.
